In Search for Views under Klučovská hora
If you wish to enjoy unforgettable views of Třebíč and its surroundings, the foothills of Klučovská Mountain are certainly the right choice. An undemanding trip along the forest paths, guided only by the undulating landscape, can be livened up by refreshing in one of the ponds right on the way.
Route length: 18.9 km
From Třebíč you will go south from the medical house in the district of Horka Domky along the cycle path No. 401. After the last garden by the cross, turn right and continue through the village of Střítež. At the lowest point of Střítež, turn left along the asphalt link to the crossing with road II / 351 in the direction to Rouchovany, where you turn right and cross the dam of the Markovka reservoir. After about 1 km, turn right to the yellow tourist trail where you will find an asphalt, later dusty cycle path. Follow the yellow trail take it to the right through the hillside of Klučovská hora. Here you can see the dominant of the region, namely the high transmitter on Klučovská hora (595 m a.s.l.). After about 3 km of pleasant path through the forest, you will cross the asphalt road and follow the yellow road. You can stop on the local southern meadows called Alpská vyhlídka, and in the spring months you can see the rare black pasque flower and, under the hill, the pond called Horák. Your journey continues along the yellow trail through the forest to the crossing with road No. 360. Here you continue along the yellow trail to the Hošťanka Nature Reserve. Follow the local road go to the village of Slavice and from there the cycling route No. 26 back to Třebíč.
